By combining Quebec creative talent to its expertise and ability to undertake large scale projects , Scéno Plus Production propels itself beyond known limits by developing custom creations for Macau and continental China in partnership with MGM Grand Paradise.

Normand-Pierre Bilodeau

Executive Producer

One of the founding members and general manager of the renowned Beebop Studios, his vision and commitment to the arts, in all of its forms, has made him a major player in the Montreal entertainment industry. As a multi-skilled producer, he has contributed to multiple international tours and special events, spanning over 25 years in the industry.

Danny Pelchat

Executive Producer

With over 30 years of experience in entertainment, including 17 years at Cirque du Soleil as COO of the Live Show Division, Danny’s contribution to Cirque’s international notoriety and exposure has brought its unique and extraordinary storytelling experience for all the world to enjoy and experience over and over.

Line Tremblay

Creation Director

Line’s creative career started at Cirque du Soleil, working with Franco Dragone on several shows, including Mystère, Alegria, « O » and La Nouba. Her continued passion and artistic vision lead her to a coveted position of Artistic Director for Quidam.

Pierre Guillotte

Production Director

A Senior Director with extensive and in depth worldwide entertainment industry experience, Pierre has demonstrated a strong expertise in production management and technical direction. During his career, he has worked on major projects with Just for Laughs Festival, Walt Disney Imagineering (Disney Fest Asia) and Cirque du Soleil for 15 years.

Martin Genest

Show Director

With more than 20 years’ experience in Quebec and abroad, Martin Genest has carved a significant place in the world of performing arts. Recognized artist for both his work as director, actor and puppeteer, he has collaborated on numerous theatrical productions and more recently with Cirque du Soleil to create the large-scale spectacular show Joyà, in Mexico.

André Morency


Since 1990, André has worked with several renowned artists, including Robert Lepage when co-writing Nô, movie that won for Best Canadian Feature Film at the TIFF. As a versatile artist, he collaborated in the conception of original projects for television, film , theatre and more recently for the Cirque du Soleil .

Guillaume Lord

Set Designer

Guillaume’s vision and skills as a Set Designer brought him to work on several ballets, including Ballet de l'Opéra de Paris, Milan's Balletto della Scala, the Stuttgart Opera Ballet to name a few. His interest in storytelling through diverse artistic endeavor has led him to become Art Director on feature films and documentaries.

Paul Bisson


As a multidisciplinary artist, Paul Bisson has made his mark in the artistic world thanks to his considerable versatility and expansive career journey. Bringing with him a broad international experience, he has worked as a composer, arranger, musician, and singer for numerous productions such as Productions Inferno in Italy, Cirque de Moscou, Monaco Circus Festival, Robert Hossein Productions in Paris, and Notre-Dame of Paris in Las Vegas, among others. He has also collaborated with Cirque du Soleil on numerous productions (Zarkana, Corteo, 45 Degrees ...).

Caroline Ross

Lighting Designer

Multidisciplinary artist, artistic director and lighting designer, Caroline Ross creates with light. Her personal work has been featured in several international events and has travelled worldwide. Since 1991, she has been working as a lighting designer on over 200 stage productions (dance, theater, music) and international exhibitions. ADISQ winner for best lighting of 2015, she signs her fourth collaboration with director Martin Genest.

Corinne Pierre

Aerial Performance Designer

As a multi-faceted artist, Corinne was first renowned as an aerialist in various circus productions around world. Co-founding director of The Generating Company she created touring shows Storm (2001) and Gangstars (2002). She is also an aerial coordinator, creative rigger, performer’s coach and choregrapher.

Isabella Salas

Video Content Producer

As a content producer, line producer and content manager, Isabella has made a full round in the creative industry for the past 15 years. Reinventing herself alongside technological advances, her experience reaches from features—factual and fiction, web and mobile content, animation and large scale video creation for live shows. Some of her most recent projects are Another Brick in the Wall (Opéra de Montréal), The Best of Vice Canada (Vice) , The 2015 Toronto Panamerican Games Opening Ceremony (Cirque du Soleil), and Tiesto: A town Called Paradise (Moment Factory).

Frank Dufaux

Production Manager | Video Content

Frank has been working in the entertainment field for more than 15 years. During this time he has developed a deep knowledge of creation and management of multimedia content as well as a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects associated with the installation and operation of video systems, including control systems. He has collaborated in designing a wide variety of multimedia content and has conducted several research and development projects in video and interactivity with Moment Factory.

Pedro Pires

Video Content Creator

As a multidisciplinary image-making artsit, Pedro has most notably worked on feature films with François Girard on «The Red Violin» , as well as «The Sound of the Carceri» for which he won an Emmy® and Gemini Awards for «Outstanding Visual Effects» and «Best Visual Effects». He also collaborated with Cirque du Soleil in 2011, designing the video projections for the show TOTEM, directed by Robert Lepage.

Pamela Schneider

Principal Designer

As a Co-Founder and driving creative force behind Moment Factory, Pamela has established a solid reputation as a professional choreographer and multimedia visionary with a talent in designing high-impact environments and interactive experiences. Her work is identified as harnessing technology to evolve true human interactions.

Nol Van Genuchten

Visual content & Lighting Designer

Nol’s designs and creative direction skills have been showcased in a wide variety of fields and mediums. Ranging from live show productions at the Cirque du Soleil, to concerts and private events, his architectural projects include Heaven Nightclub in Ottawa and the Beatles Revolution Lounge at the Mirage in Las Vegas.

James Lavoie

Set designer

Working in both set and costume design and having designed over 50 productions in Canada and abroad, he is most recognized for his work as a production designer. James’ approach combines his multi-disciplinary background as a visual and video artist to his theatrical practice.

Daniel Cola

Performance Designer

Coming from the trampoline world as an acrobat, Daniel Cola is an internationally renowned artist, trainer, artistic coordinator and performance designer. He has worked on six major Cirque du Soleil productions: Mystere, Alegria, La Nouba, Love (Beatles show), Wintuk and Viva Elvis. Since 2012, he creates his own shows ("TIC TOC" in 2013 and "MIRAGE" in 2014).

Laurence Rivest

Co-Artistic Director

Multidisciplinary artist, Laurence Rivest joined Scéno Plus in 2010. Having completed her Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design at the University of Indiana, Laurence was first hired as graphic designer, a position that will lead her to that of director of Scéno Plus computer graphics department in 2015. Her keen eye for details, her creativity and her unfailing taste allowed her to provide a strong artistic direction to long-term projects in architecture, interior design and more recently in multimedia show creation.

Charles Dauphinnais

Co-Artistic Director

Charles brings a wealth of experience in artistic direction and show directon to Sceno Plus Production. As a Director, he has led over 20 theatre creations in Canada and performances for the Montreal Symphonic Orchestra. His background as an actor gives him a unique perspective on the production process, and he is equally talented as a Director for a theatre performance, a large-scale gala, a symphonic orchestra, television show, or dance performance.

Stéphane Lecavalier

Lighting Designer

Mr. Lecavalier is a highly skilled Lighting Designer and Programmer with nearly 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He has been Lighting Programmer on 5 world tours for Cirque du Soleil. Most recently, he was Lighting Designer and Programmer for Moment Factory’s project to illuminate Montreal’s historic Jacques Cartier Bridge.

André Leclair


Mr. Leclair is a world renowned musical Composer, Arranger, and Producer with over 20 years on the international scene. As a trained pianist, he combines traditional orchestration methods with emerging technologies. He has worked for such notable clients as Cirque du Soleil, Fremantle Media, France 2, Radio-Television Suisse Romande, EMI Music Publishing, and Radio-Canada (Canadian state television).
