Simon Lemieux is Vice-President Design and Venue logistics at Scéno Plus and brings 20 years of experience in show production, theatre design, as well as project direction.
Most recently, Simon served as Project Director at Dragone out of Belgium. During his years at this company, he was overseeing all aspects of tailor-made theatre design for all Dragone show production as well as acting as Production Technical Director for all these endeavours. The most predominant responsibilities were managing theatre design criteria for purpose-built venues, actively participating in show concept and show design, leading specialized theatre design and production teams, managing production budgets and schedules, and design-construction-delivery of show assets.
Prior to Dragone, Simon worked for 13 years at Cirque du Soleil, on multiple show productions and theatre designs. Building his experience from design drafting, project management, production direction, show production and theatre design, the projects at Dragone and Cirque du Soleil led him to travel and live across China, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States of America.
At Scéno Plus, he leads the charge on projects in Brazil, the USA, Spain, and Japan, for multiple clients, and more projects on the horizon
