Truly a vision of the future, the MGM Cotai Theater offers unparalleled levels of flexibility and adaptability. Thanks to a system of elevating platforms and automated seat storage designed and manufactured in Quebec, this venue can be completely transformed in a matter of minutes. This means it can easily accommodate a wide range of events, including circus shows, multimedia performances, touring concerts, television programs, and much more
The numerous technological advancements in this venue eliminate the need for frequent set changes and physical props, as they can be created digitally. Furthermore, the theatre boasts one of the world's largest indoor LED screens, both in size and resolution; the screen measures 11.52m x 68m and illuminates over 29 million pixels. To counterbalance its vibrancy and luminescence, a softer and more intimate design was chosen for the venue. Consequently, neutral colours were used in the space to accentuate the different variations of shapes and volumes while simultaneously highlighting the venue's flexibility.
