MGM Resorts International
Envisioning a complete transformation of its Monte Carlo Resort and Casino property, MGM Resorts International decided to create a new entertainment gathering place. The Park Theater project emerged from the company’s determination to offer a complete range of non-gaming activities on its urban neighbourhood Park development.
Strategically nested between the famous Las Vegas Boulevard and the energetic T-Mobile Arena, Park Theater is the first venue on the Strip showcasing the lobbies activity on an outdoor space.
Park Theater is one of the largest seated capacity for a non-arena building in Las Vegas. Its versatility ensures an extremely diversified programming. From the biggest touring show to the more intimate event, the theatre flexible design allows different configurations such as: full seated, half-standing, general admission, sports events, conferences, banquets and trade shows.
The adaptive proscenium arch enables the creation of spectacular immersive environments.
The telescopic retractable seating system and the 1,052 seats on the floor can free up the flat floor.
